I, Soumitra Biswas, Secretary of Satyendranath Basu D.El.Ed & B.Ed College, whatever always think, I think for the betterment, upliftment and alround development of education. Accordingly when I felt the ardent demand of D.El.Ed. & B.Ed training in our area among the intending trainees I took an endeavour by the unanimous resolution of our Governing Body of our D.El.ED. & B.Ed college to establish a well furnished composite training institute in the name and style of Satyendranath Basu D.El.Ed & B.Ed College having infrastructural and instructional facilities as per NCTE norms at Vill-Itla, P.O.- Kalirhat, P.S. kotwali, Dist Nadia, Pin-741102, West Bengal.

As there is no B.Ed college within the radius of 25 Km I can assure that this institute will mitigate the demand of intending trainees of the vast areas of Nadia Dist, Burdwan Dist and Murshidabad Dist, above all the areas where there is a great lack of instituion to run the D.El.Ed. & B.Ed. course. So ours will be the institute to provide qualitative education and training among the trainees of vast areas till its life period, following the norms & standard of NCTE & Affiliating University.
